Clare Hoard: If you upgraded your video card your games shouldn't be lagging, they probably will lag if you downgraded your video card. Because computer games graphics depend on Video cards. And your motherboard must be a fast and strong motherboard, you cant have a crappy motherboard and a great video card. But if both of your upgrades are new then you probably would have to reinstall the game.
