A Real Good Meatloaf Recipe!!!!!?

Jose Calaycay: This is my Mothers own special recipe. It's great hot out of the oven and even better the next day, cold on sandwiches:1.5 - 2 lbs of meatloaf mix or ground beef1 Medium onion - chopped1 green bell pepper - chopped2 slices of bread soaked in milk (add a little Worcestershire sauce to milk, mix, soak, squeeze to remove excess milk and add to meat.)1 Egg1 Cup of Catsup1.5 Del Monte sauce (small)1 Pkg shredded cheddar cheeseSalt, Pepper, and OreganoPreheat over to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowel (except Del Monte sauce). Form into a loaf in a baking pan. Veta Slicker: Tom’s MeatloafThe combination of the lean ground beef and the milk replicates veal.Ingredients1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers1 cup shredded Vidalia onion2 te! aspoons Lawry’s Seasoned Salt2 large eggs, beaten 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce3/4 cup milk3 to 4 slices bacon, cut in halfHeat oven to 350˚Stir the ground beef, crushed crackers, and onion mix in a large bowl until well combined. Whisk the eggs, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl until smooth. Mix the eggs mixture and the milk into the meat mixture until everything is thoroughly combined (the mixture will be soft and loose). Transfer mixture to a 9 x 5 loaf pan.Cover the top of the meatloaf with the halved bacon along the short side from one end to the other. Bake in preheated oven until the meatloaf reaches 160˚ on an instant read thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf, 45 to 60 minutes....Show more

Robt Heemstra: Well to be honest I use the Lipton Recipe Onion soup mix and the recipe is on the box. It is the only meatloaf I ever make.

Lahoma Beadell: 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger1 c. dried bread crumbs2 eggs1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper1 tsp. minced onion1/2 can tomato soupMix ingredients together. Shape into loaf pan.
