Robt Betker: Rejected repair could mean anything. Your biggest fear is if it is a vehicle placed in the auction by a dealer. Most salvage auction sites have inspectors who will give the vehicle a once over for a fee. They are usually listed on the sites information page. Another good service is a site called salvageresearch.com They check the history of the vehicle prior to the auction and will tell you if a vehicle has been tampered with to make it look better in the photos....Show more
Heidi Creselious: Probably it is okay
Imogene Neiswander: That means whoever fixed this car didn't do it right and screwed it up. It may look good but under the shiny new paint and the new sheetmetal is a worthless repair job.
Rosie Travino: It is 'supposed' to be a insurance vehicle that the insured refused to accept the car as repaired and instead opted for the insurance payout amount. It's been my experience however- that many cars- for a variety of undisclosed ! reasons- are sold by used car lots sending their unsalable cars thru Copart with this description.
