Jestine Osumi: honestly, the saying that natural is better is the truth. If you are lucky enough to get by with little or no makeup, do it. It's healthier for your skin, and if you have nothing to cover up, why waste the money and time. and to answer your question if makeup can give you pimples, yes it can, esp. if it's oil based, and if you never wash it off at night. And if you do need to cover your skin, just get a little makeup and dab on in the problem areas.....using a sponge gives the best blend and most natural feel....Show more
Rosann Mccomb: sorry, hun! it is all up to the type of skin that you have!
Verena Koop: no
Verena Koop: get mineral makeup love, its slightly more expensive, but wont cause breakouts
Rosio Pasculli: ok well i just bought covergirl perfect point plus eyeliner in 2 colors, charcoal and plum, at target. at 1st i was using both ok, then came time to twist the sharpener. the charcoal one twists and sharpens fine, but the! plum one doesnt sharpen, the little clear thing holding the eyeliner just goes up then back down. can i return it and get another? cuz i heard covergirls bad about returns. since its defective, can i return it? thanks!
Keneth Mailhot: make is artificial so its 4 sure will harm ur skin 4 some how depending on the quality ur going 2 usethe best look is ur natural one, pure, healthy n without masking
Inell Riesgo: well, it depends where u bought it, and for answer #1, they'll probably ask u for the receipt if u tell them u bought it there.
Nestor Klan: Sure! Enhance your looks. I'm a freshman too. I wear black eyeliner, well I just started and it looks good. Also blush, wear your blush lightly and make sure you don't end up like a doll. Just keep it to a minimum. A trick of mine is to your use a light colored blush most of the time. I have 3 blushes and I mostly use the lightest one of them. It doesn't look too fake. You could also use bronzer. For eye shadow,! most of the time stick with light brown and light pink shades! because they look more natural. For your moderate acne ask your doctor about pimple medications.
Lyndon Mattas: I, (girl on the right) decided to wear a more vampy makeup look when going to the club last night. My friends & I loved the look, but I got a few different opinions. Is it too much? https://flic.kr/p/RrUXWz
Mark Villifana: no! you look great :)
Maritza Ebanks: If you have nice skin i strongly advise you to not start using make up foundation because later on in life i doubt its good for your skin especially when your packing and packing it on. Its okay to use a little bit just dont go crazy with that stuff. You should look for make up products that are hypo allergenic, non comedogenic (doesnt clog pores) and oil free. This will keep you away from zits and acne! If you have oily skin you should use a pressed powder foundation. Or if your skins around the middle you could use mineral foundation :). Its a bit expensive but its the healthiest for you! r skin...Show more
Melvin Nakama: Sure why not! Many girls even wear makeup in like 6th grade. you could use mascara and eyeliner, those are the most popular. Concealer just to help with dark eyes or any blemishes are okay. Foundation? Well...if you want, it's just a personal preference - powder, cream, liquid - anything you want.. just make sure it's the right shade :) i didnt start using liquid or cream foundation till 11th grade but mineral powder is easy and fast :) try not to use sooo much or else you'll feel kind of bad with yourself when you have NO make up on.. don't let it take over you. you still want that confidence even when you have none on :) and you dont want so much that you look like a completely different person and then when you have nothing people are shocked at how you look, keep it in the middle =] good luck!!
Chadwick Schmelz: PUT UP PICS SO I CAN C AND KNOW
Rhett Kaines: don`t wear face makeup. instead, spend the money on good skin ! care products.. that way, your skin will be healthy and you can go with! out layers and layers of foundation. you`ll save more money, too. another plus is your skin won`t age as much.there really is no "should" or "shouldn`t." if you want to enhance your appearance, wear mascara and eyeliner. i recommend covergirl`s lashblast and rimmel london`s soft kohl kajal eye pencil. it`ll really make your eyes stand out!good luck! xx
Mercedez Trabue: Yes, since you bought it at Target, and not from covergirl.com or whatever, then you would return it to Target, and see how good they are about returns, and not Cover Girl. Anyways, Target has a pretty good return policy, and as long as you have the receipt, you should be able to return it, and they will exchange it for a new one. If not, it might of just been the person that was at the return counter at the time, lol, and just go another time when you are near your local Target and see if the person there would let you return it. Worse case scenario that is. Lol.
Emile Midgley: Sure! I'd just! stick with mascara, lip balm/gloss. About ur acne....I used to have moderate acne. Use concealer/foundation if its BAD. For the acne I'd try Proactive and if that doesn't work, go to a dermatologist and have him/her get you on Accutane. Its the most intense stuff there is, it will work. Just remember, the acne will clear up eventually, just don't pick it or it'll scar! when it clears up, you won't need much foundation/concealer, just eye and lip makeup! For the budget, I'd just get whatever's on sale at the drug store. I wouldn't be too picky ( : oh, some adviceYou don't wanna wear too much make up on "average" days, because when there's an "important day" (ie dance, date, etc) you won't look any different! ( :answer mine!http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AoyhL...
Andrew Sinatra: I dont think you should wear make-up! If you'd like to, stick with natural things that are healthy for your skin. Try a mostutiser and lipbalm instead of foundation and lipstick!! xoxo alishaWHO'S THE HOTTEST? Chace crawford, Daniel Radcliffe, Robert ! Brian Marquina: Your return doesn't have anything to do with the brand you buy, but the store you buy it at. Target happens to have a great return policy (not as good as Walmarts, but close). If you bring it to them and explain what the problem is they will be happy to exchange it for you. If they give you a hard time, bring it to Walmart and tell them you bought it there, haha! They'll let you exchange it. Doesn't really matter anyway since the defective one is going back to covergirl. Good luck :)
Clinton Migliori: As long as ! your have your receipt. You can absolutely return to Target. There will be no problem at all. If you lost your receipt they can look it up with your form of payment, check, credit/debit card. But make-up is like food if it's defective or out of date it's harmful so we have to return it.
Teodoro Lamond: you probably dont NEED makeup but if you are going to use it you should use the hypoallergenic ones because a lot of the other stuff does irritate your skin and can give you pimples.
Patricia Bolduc: Coal burners.
Pam Rampadarat: way too much
Roni Kurz: im a ninth grader with moderate acne. should i wear makeup at all? (no pics, sorry)if i should, what should i get? Im on a budget.
An Cardine: I think it's fine! Not for everyday use of course, but yes, I think it looks cool!
Daren Ventrice: Just look at the store's policy's or just call this place.
Doreatha Kjellsen: I just think with a heavy eye makeup look, a toned down lip ! is better. Preferably a nude lip. Just because having black eye makeup,! a heavy face of makeup and to finish off with a dark lip looks a little heavy. But girl if you love it, stick with it no one knows what works for your makeup application better than yourself :)
Robbie Starchman: "Feel prettier, more confidence and liberation!"How I did it: Free yourself from makeup and feel way more confidant than ever!I will now tell you about my personal experience with it and give you a few tips and reminders.I was always someone who NEEDED to wear makeup anywhere I went since I was about 12 years old. And I never felt good without it and I felt like I would be ugly without it.One day I got an eye infection caused by makeup and I couldn't wear any for some time. That day, I had to go to the mall, the worse place to go without makeup, and my bf (now fiancé) just told me I'm pretty without it and almost had to drag me outside. When I got to the mall, I felt weird... I can't really explain this well but I didn't feel ashamed or anything... No it was a! lmost liberating! I had an awakening!Anyway, since then I almost don't wear makeup anymore (only lipgloss at times, for cracked lips). I don't need to wear makeup to be beautiful! I'm just as pretty... No even prettier without it!Lessons & tips: You could go gradually. For example, don't wear blush and/or eyeshadow... Anything you feel the most comfortable with starting. Then see how you feel... At first it'll be weird but then you'll see it is liberating! Little by little, remove those filthy products from your poor skin! Also think of it this way. We put powder, animal oils, many chemicals we don't even know on our skin... Plus they're all in silly colors! Even those so claimed "natural" makeup have nothing natural about them. We clog our pores with all those things! Isn't it silly when you really think about it?Think of how nice it'll be for your skin to remove those products from your face!Think that you are not ugly without those products. Accept yourself like you are! ! That is TRUE confidence... Unlike the fake confidence you get from make! up!Companies don't care about what you're worth... No they only care about your wallet. By saying you need to be pretty with their products, they create insecurity in women, so they got you (and your wallet) for life!Do it yourself or find someone to tell you how pretty you are without makeup everyday. It feels really nice to be kept reminded of it!...Show more
Thomas Riner: if u dont need to use cover up, then dont, its expensive and can cause breakouts. but u can still go for the eye makeup and make ur eyes look great :)
Terrell Lawman: too much of make does produce pimples and dries up the skin
Kimberlee Bowdish: Yeah of course, you can get foundation, mascara, and lip gloss, you don't wanna go to overboard! You'll look gorgeousAnswer mine?http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AkeqI...Hope I helped!
Alexandria Popik: i bought it at target.
Gabriel Realmuto: The girl on the left can give you tips on going a bit lighter with colour and a! mount ....she looks better ( to me )
Scot Rotruck: No, not for a club. Maybe the eyes would be a little much for everyday but i love the lip color.
Ruby Martis: covergirl clean foundation is great for preventing pimples & stuff like that
Walter Scordino: some makeup may cause acne breakouts.i would recommend covergirl trublend.i have been using it & it doesn't give me pimples.it is also very cheap.about 6$ for a lotion bottle?which seems expensive, but a little goes a LONG way.trust me. :)good luck!...Show more
Olin Hallin: Should a ninth grader wear makeup? NO, definitely not.Can a ninth grader wear makeup? Yes, in moderation. Age doesn't matter. Makeup is a creation to help people feel better about themselves, that's all.People aren't supposed to have flawless skin, if you've got a scar, broken capillary, or imperfection don't cover it up, show it off!!If theres something on your face that's a HUGE deal and you can't live with it, then cover it up w! ith concealer, CoverGirl liquid concealer works well and it's approx $6! .00. Dont use cover up because it does flake off no matter what brand and it makes you look fake, looking fake is not in style right now.
Whitley Leopold: Hope you got IUDs installedNot TOO excessive for night of hunting
