Victor Macallister: If your only concern is investment, you can pick any of the rural towns in the area between Lansing, Port Huron and Detroit. I love the area around Holly and Fenton. But if you intend to have a family there, you need to look at schools and such too.

Guru's and Personal coaches (although I'm sure some well meaning people exist) are mostly predators that seek to swindle people out of money that they don't have. Become an expert on the subject of real estate investing. Read. Join real estate trade organizations learn your trade before jumping in.
